The Inn Church was born from a desire to see all people come to Jesus, especially those who think they don’t belong. We believe the Gospel is to loving people where we are, with what we have, when we are there.
“Luke 10:25-37 tells of a “Good Samaritan” who helps a Jewish man who was left beaten and half dead in a ditch. To even mention a Samaritan in Israel at the time was taboo, yet Jesus used them to show what love truly looks like. We’ve made it our goal to love like that—not only those who are easy to love, but also those who hate us, even when it’s messy and especially when it’s inconvenient.
These statements capture the heart of our church—who we are and what we're called to do. They guide our decisions, shape our priorities, and inspire our service as we journey together in faith.
Our Mission is to love people where we are, with what we have, when we are there.
Our vision is to create an Inn where people are treated as though their tab is on Jesus and their welcome never expires.
Our Mission is to love people where we are, with what we have, when we are there.
Our vision is to create an Inn where people are treated as though their tab is on Jesus and their welcome never expires.
We are committed to living the Gospel rather than simply preaching it. These values capture the heart of The Inn Church.
We are committed to loving God and loving others, by serving them as Christ first served us.
We worship is best defined as love expressed; therefore, we strive to glorify God through lives that constantly express our love for Him. We believe that everytime we choose God’s way over ours, it is an expression of love.
We choose joy that goes deeper than feelings—a lasting sense of purpose rooted in experiencing God’s impossible love and sharing it with others. We celebrate early, often, and always, bringing gratitude into everything we do.
We value unity of purpose, not uniformity of process. With diverse gifts and personalities, we move together in the same direction. Because God blesses unity, we actively protect it and refuse to let division take root.
Excellence means giving our best—not chasing perfection, but serving with dedication, creativity, and purpose. We believe excellence communicates value, and since nothing is more valuable than God and His people, we aim to serve with care and diligence.
We believe the best goals are bigger than what we can do alone. If we can do it ourselves, we’re not dreaming big enough. So, we live with bold expectation—trusting God’s power to do far beyond what we can imagine and pursuing the impossible.
We give just as we’d want to receive—extravagantly. Everything we have is a gift from God, and we trust His faithful provision. He is faithful to reward us when we love people well; therefore, we share our time, talents, and resources freely, knowing it makes a lasting impact.
We believe prayer isn’t just a one-way connection as a two-way conversation and everyone can connect with God and hear His voice. Prayer changes the atmosphere, shifts our surroundings, and invites God’s presence and power into our lives.
We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.
We believe in and affirm the Trinity of God: The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as three distinct persons of the Lord, though they exist in unity with, and submission to, The Father. We believe this is the One True God, and there are no other beings worthy of praise and glory. We believe our God is deeply romantic and is obsessed with showing us His goodness. More than this, we believe God desires a personal and intimate relationship with every person who ever has and ever will exist.
John 5:21-23; 10:30; 14:9-10, 16 // Genesis 1:26 // Matthew 3:16-17 // 28:19 // Deuteronomy 6:4 // 1 Corinthians 8:6 // 2 Corinthians 13:14 // James 2:19 // 1 Corinthians 12:13 // Isaiah 61:1 // Mark 1:9-11 // Luke 1:35 // Romans 8:9-11; 14:17 // Hebrews 1:8-10 // James 2:19 // 1 John 5:7-8 // Ephesians 4:4-6
We believe the Father is all-powerful, all-loving, unchanging, all-knowing, ever-present, and eternal. We believe He is the head of the Trinity, not in power but in position. We believe that the Lord is both a warrior and a caretaker. We believe He sent the Son to die for our sins so that we could be reconnected to His family and welcomed home.
Isaiah 30:18; 45:5; 61:8 // Revelation 22:13 // Job 38 & 39 // Exodus 3:14; 15:3 // Revelation 21:3 // Numbers 23:19 // Leviticus 11:44-45; 19:2 // Psalm 11:4-6 // Malachi 3:6 // John 3:16; 4:24; 5:26; 14:1 // Acts 17:28 // Romans 3:3-4
We believe the Holy Spirit is an equal part of the Trinity and accompanies us as a gifted helper from the Father. We believe the Holy Spirit is preparing the Church as a Bride for the Son. We believe the Holy Spirit has always been and will always be a definitive person of the Trinity and is of equal importance to the other persons of the Trinity.
John 15:26-27; 16:7-14 // Acts 1:8; 2:1-4; 13:2; 19:2 // Luke 1:35; 4:1; 11:13; 12:12; 24:49, // Genesis 1:2 // Psalm 51:11; 139:7 // Isaiah 61:1-3 // Joel 2:28-32 // Mark 1:10 // Acts 1:8; 2:1-4; 13:2 // Romans 8:9-11, 14-16, 26-27 // 1 Corinthians 3:16 // Ephesians 1:13-14 // 2 Peter 1:2 // Revelation 22:17
We believe that the Son was born into this world, lived the life we never could, died the death we deserved, and rose to life displaying His power and authority over even the grave. We believe this man was Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God, and we believe that His name is above every other name. We believe that He is the Bridegroom of the Church and that He will come again to take His Bride to the place He is currently preparing for us.
John 1:1-14; 10:30; 11:25-27; 14:6-9 // Philippians 2:9 // Isaiah 7:14; 53 // Matthew 1:18-23; 3:17; 8:29; 14:33; 16:16; 28:5-6 // Luke 22:70; 24:46-47 17:1-5 // Acts 1:9; 2:22-24; 7:55-56 // Romans 1:3-4; 3:23-26; 8:1-3; 10:4 // 1 Corinthians 8:6 // 2 Corinthians 5:19-21 // Galatians 4:4-5 // Colossians 1:15; 2:9 // 1 Timothy 2:5-6; 3:16
We believe that the Bible is the written and inspired Word of God. We believe that the Bible is infallible, timeless, authoritative, and accurate. We believe that God spoke inspiration to the writers and that their words were guided by the Holy Spirit. We believe that the Bible is the single most important book in existence and that there is no other book like it. We believe that the Word of God will never pass away and that it has never and will never be proven false in even one single word.
2 Peter 1:21; 3:16 // 2 Timothy 3:15-17 // John 1:1; 5:39 // Hebrews 4:12, Ephesians 6:17, Matthew 5:18; 22:29; 24:35 // Hebrews 1:1-2; 4:12 // Deuteronomy 4:1-2 // Psalm 119:11, 89, 105 // Isaiah 40:8; 16: 13-15; 17:17 // Romans 15:4; 4:1
We believe that all people are created in the image of God, body, soul, and spirit. We believe that all people have the right to life and the freedom to choose the love of Jesus for themselves. We believe that this is a personal choice and cannot be made by anyone else. We believe that life begins at conception and that we are masterpieces formed by the hands of the Most High God.
Genesis 1:26-30; 2:7, 18-22; 3 // Psalms 8:3-6; 32:1-5; 51:5 // Isaiah 6:5 // Jeremiah 17:5 // Acts 17:26-31 // Romans 1:19-32; 3:10-18, 23; 5:6; 6:6; 7:14-25 // 1 Corinthians 1:21-31; 15:19, 21-22 // Ephesians 2 // Colossians 1:21-22; 3:9-11
We believe that the Church is the Bride of Christ. We believe that the Church's responsibility on earth is to be a group of people partnering with Jesus to care for their neighbor. We believe that we are commissioned by Jesus to go out into all nations and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ boldly. We believe that God desires not only to have relationships in the next life but in this one as well. We believe God wants to be intimately involved in even the smallest details of our lives.
2 Corinthians 11:2 // Matthew 16:18-19; 18:15-20 // Acts 2:41-47; 5:11-14; 13:1-3; 14:23; 16:5; 20:28 // 1 Corinthians 7:17; 9:13-14; 12 // Ephesians 1:22-23; 2:19-22; 3:10-12; 5:22-32 // Colossians 1:18; 3:15 // 1 Timothy 4:14 // 1 Peter 5:1-4 // Revelation 19:7-9 21:2-3
We believe that all have sinned and that sin bears the consequence of death. We believe that sin exists and is committed when we step outside of the moral law God has written on every human heart. We believe that the result of sin is separation from God. We further believe that Jesus died to remove our sins and that all who accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior are no longer sinners but saints. We believe that this one sacrifice removes our sins past, present, and future.
Romans 3:23; 5:8-19; 6:23 // Genesis 2:17; 3; 4:4-7 // 1 Corinthians 10:13 // Galatians 5:19-21 / 1 John 1:8-10 // Mark 7:20-23 // James 4:21 // Proverbs 5:1-22 // Isaiah 64:6
We believe that salvation comes through conviction from the Holy Spirit leading to the acceptance of Jesus' sacrifice and belief in His resurrection. We believe that this is a personal decision and that God does not force us to believe in Him. We believe that God's desire is for all people to be saved. We believe Jesus is the only name by which a person can be saved and that salvation is a choice we all get to freely make. We believe that nothing can separate us from the love found in Christ Jesus.
Isaiah 1:18; 53:5-6; 55:7 // Matthew 1:21; 27:22-66, 28:1-6 // Luke 1:68-69; 2:28-32 // John 1:12; 3:16, 36; 5:24 // Acts 2:21; 4:12; 16:30-31 // Romans 1:16-18; 3:23-25; 5:8-19; 6; 10:9 // 1 Corinthians 1:18; 12:3 // 2 Corinthians 5:17-20 // Galatians 2:20; 3:13 // Ephesians 2:8-10 // Philippians 2:12-13 // Hebrews 9:24-28 // Revelation 3:20
We believe that the blood of Jesus covers the sins of the entire world but the benefits of the blood are only available to those who believe in Jesus as their Lord and savior. We believe that your eternal destination is based on your belief in Jesus or lack thereof. We believe that it is impossible to work your way into Heaven, it is a gift to be received not a reward to be earned.
Ephesians 2:8 // Romans 3:24-25; 5:12-19; 6:8-10 // 2 Peter 1:9 // Exodus 12:5 // 1 John 1:7-9
We believe that man is an eternal being. We believe that both heaven and hell are the eternal destinations from which we choose. We believe that those who believe in Jesus will get a new body in Heaven when they leave their earthly body behind. We believe that those who refuse the gift of eternal life will be sentenced to eternal suffering in hell. We believe that each individual decides where they spend eternity based on their actions and beliefs. We believe that God does not send anyone to hell but rather judges and sentences based on the moral law He wrote on our hearts. We believe that the only way to avoid eternal suffering is belief in Jesus and that salvation is the greatest gift ever given.
John 2:25; 3:16, 36; 5:11-13 // Romans 6:23 // Revelation 20:15 // Jeremiah 32:38
We believe in all of the spiritual gifts mentioned in the Bible. We believe that the Lord is still active in our world and that He still heals. We further believe that all of the Church can operate in these gifts, though some may operate in a gift more frequently based on their calling, anointing, and belief.
Ephesians 3:16 // 1 Corinthians 12:1-11 // 1 Corinthians 14:32 // John 3:34 // Romans 12:3 // Jeremiah 1:1
We believe that prayer is our method of directly communicating with the God of the universe. We believe that prayer does not have a specific formula but rather that God desires greatly to talk with us as a friend. We believe prayer is both speaking and listening. We believe that God still speaks and that we are able to hear Him. We believe that prayer is incredibly important and it is our single greatest tool as believers. We believe that Jesus Christ gave us authority over the enemy and all of his schemes and that prayer is our most effective tool in utilizing that authority.
James 4:7; 5:16 // Luke 10:19 // Matthew 17:20; 26:36-56 // 1 Kings 18:20-40; 19:11-13 // 1 Corinthians 14:5
We believe that we have an enemy known as the devil. We believe that he was cast out of heaven along with one-third of God’s former angels now known as demons. We believe that the devil is a fallen angel as well and that his authority was stripped away by Jesus when He died on the cross for our sins. We believe the enemy is a liar who is trying to take as many people to hell with him as he can. We further believe that the blood of Jesus, the word of our testimony, and not fearing death are our weapons against him. We believe that if anyone desires to be saved, the enemy is powerless to stop them.
Genesis 3:1-7 // 1 Peter 5:8 // Ephesians 6:11-12 // James 4:7 // John 8:44; 10:10 // Revelation 12:7-12
